Customers Feedbacks

Good stone overall. Color and clarity will satisfy my customer. But the most amazing was the price of only 120$ per carat for a blue zircon of that size, nearly 40 carats. That will make a great center stone for the new necklace.

In 17 years of working as a jeweler I have never seen such a low price. Thank You Gemsfeed, you just made a very happy customer...

    Paraiba   1 product

These tourmalines from the Mina da Batalha in the Federal Brazilian State of Paraiba are small, rare and precious. Their spirited turquoise to green colors are not found in any other gemstone. The exclusiveness of this legendary find makes these rare gems unique treasures.

The extraordinary vividness of the Paraiba tourmalines does not reveal itself until the stone has been cut. Faceted, they scintillate a really unusual 'fire' and appear to glow intensely even when there is very little light. That is why their colour is often referred to as 'electric' or 'neon'. The aura of these treasures of Nature is both fresh and spirited at the same time. The 'swimming-pool-blue' of a Paraiba tourmaline positively flashes with vivacity, and you don't have to be an expert to see it.

Brazilian paraiba tourmaline is usually heavily included. Much of the paraiba tourmaline from Brazil actually comes from the neighboring state of Rio Grande do Norte. Material from Rio Grande do Norte is often somewhat less intense in color, but many fine gems are found there. It was determined that the element copper was important in the coloration of the stone.
